Credit Cards
Senior Citizens
We offer a 6% discount for payment by credit card or 10% discount if paying by cash or check for Senior Citizens at time of service. You must be 65 years or older to be eligible for the discount. The discount will be applied to the total fee per visit.
Payment Plans
We offer Care Credit which allows you to make monthly payments at 0% interest for up to 24 months. This line of credit is available for dental and medical benefits. Applications and approval merely take a few minutes within our office. So you can begin to get that Beautiful Smile the same day!
Insurance Accepted
All dental insurances are accepted. We are a In- Network provider for Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Dearborn National, Delta Dental Premiere, GEHA Connection, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, Unicare and several other dental plans. However, we are not a part of any HMO or discount dental card plans. Claims will be filed on your behalf with benefits assigned to this office.
